Barcelona Tour

The tour departs from BCN-Event Hotel at 19:00h

This tour will take you to some of the most important monuments in Barcelona, from the splendid views from the Montjuic Hill, the daring buildings of local architect Antoni Gaudí to the narrow and cozy streets of the Gothic Quarter. The tour ends in Plaza Catalunya, where you will have two hours to walk around the old city center.

  • Montjuic Hill

  • Sagrada Familia. 'La Sagrada Família' (The Holy Family”) Gaudi's Master Piece. This Cathedral was designed by Antoni Gaudi. It was begun in 1884, it is still being built, and it will not be finished until the 22nd century. Although modern techniques are currently being used, some parts of the construction can only be completed using the old traditional ones.

  • Passeig de Gràcia. Today this avenue is the main shopping boulevard in Barcelona, with its modernist buildings:

    • “Casa Milà”, Knwon as ‘La Pedrera’ or ‘Casa Milà’ (1905-1910) designed by Antoni Gaudí. It’s one of Gaudi’s most famous works.

    • "Casa Batlló" designed by Antoni Gaudí in 1905 and

    • "Casa Ametller” designed by Puig i Cadafalch in 1900.

  • Plaça Catalunya, Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The Gothic Quarter (in Spanish: Barrio Gótico) in Barcelona has one of the best preserved medieval areas in the whole of Europe, is a pedestrian-only area and must be seen on foot.
