Posters will be displayed in a dedicated poster area. and accompanied by a short-paper (up to 4 pages) which will be published in the main IEEE proceedings.

Prize

IOS Press have kindly agreed to provide a certificate and a recent book published in the AISE book series for the best poster.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Short paper submission deadline: 28th Feb 2014
  • Notification of acceptance: 4th April 2014

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

If you wish to submit a poster then, in the first instance, please submit a short-paper (up to 4 pages) that describes the ideas presented in the poster. Once this has been reviewed and, if it is accpted for IE'14, you will receive instructions of how to prepare your poster. Since the format is short, special attention should be given to ensure that major contributions, i.e., significance and originality, be emphasized succinctly. Submitted papers must comply with the IE14 publisher formatting guidelines, because papers of accepted posters will be included in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. At this stage, no draft version of the poster should be submitted with the short paper.

Only if the paper gets accepted, the authors will be asked to make and bring along a poster that will be displayed during the conference. The formatting guidelines of the poster will be announced in due time.
